Highly Specialized Labs support the Career and Technical Education (CTE) and those programs' partners and pathways. These environments range from a clean, technology rich space to build motherboards, solar panels, and robots to an infrastructure-rich space to support wood-working and metal-working activities.
The Ed Specs serve to illustrate concepts that will inform the master plans based on OUSD's aspirations to the audience of future architects who will implement them as well as for OUSD stakeholders to understand the reasoning behind modernizations.

Community Partners
Easily accessible to community members and industry partners. For new construction, it is ideal to locate near the Welcome Center and create zoning so natural surveillance of adults visiting occurs even after they have checked in.
